As the Macau outpost of the Michelin-starred, family-owned Don Alfonso 1890 in Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, the restaurant pays homage to the cultures, values and traditions of its origins with workmanship, professionalism and creativity. Helmed by Head Chef Federico Pucci, Don Alfonso 1890's menu of elevated but authentic cuisine was created in collaboration with Chef Ernesto Iaccarino, son of the legendary Chef Alfonso Iaccarino, and includes classic recipes highlighting the best flavors of Southern Italy. As Don Alfonso 1890 is one of the pioneers of farm-to-table cuisine, every dish is meticulously crafted with fresh produce from Le Peracciole, the restaurant's own farm in Punta Campanella, such as products made with San Marzano tomatoes, Nocellara del Belice olives and Namonte lemons; as well as other premium seasonal ingredients and vegetables imported from the region.
