Bus Ticket Package
- Applicable to stays from now until 30 June 2025 only.
- Offer must be made through the Hotel and is subject to availability upon request.
- The lunch buffet is only available during the stay period, and are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Fixed Hong Kong-Macau Express bus schedule are subject to availability. Reservations will be confirmed via phone or email once the guest has made a reservation. No changes or cancellations will be accommodated after confirmation.
- The Hong Kong-Macau Express ticket must be confirmed a minimum of 72 hours in advance. Seat availability cannot be guaranteed if confirmation is not completed within the designated time frame.

- All rates are based on single or double occupancy. The maximum number of registered persons in any room is 3 adults (a supplement charge will be applied to the third guest for accommodation and such supplement charge does not include any other package benefits) or 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old. Exceeding the maximum number of occupants using the room for any period of time may result in an over-occupancy charge being levied.
- For children under 12 years old, residence in one room with adults is free of charge.
- The official check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 3:00 p.m. Any early check-in or late check-out request is subject to the Hotel's availability and may incur an additional charge.
- Early check-in is subject to pre-booking one night in advance at the full day’s Flexible Rate.
- Late check-out is subject to 50% of one night’s Flexible Rate up to 6:00 p.m., or a full day’s Flexible Rate after 6:00 p.m.
- Guests may be required to present the original credit card used in the reservation upon check-in for verification purposes. The Hotel reserves the right to reject guests who check in without presenting the original credit card with the designated signature.
- All guests must provide a valid passport or government-issued ID card at check-in for verification and security purposes.
- Any special requests are subject to the Hotel's availability upon check-in, and may incur an additional charge.
- Smoking is prohibited inside non-smoking rooms. The registered guest shall be liable for a fine of up to MOP2,500 for smoking in a designated non-smoking room or if we find any evidence or believe that any of the guests have been smoking in any non-smoking room (including smells, cigarettes, and cigarette butts in the room).
- A maximum of one extra bed can be arranged with advance notice, subject to an additional charge and availability. (Not applicable for every room type)
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to reserve a room, a parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under the age of 18.
- The Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain falsified or incomplete information or contain or result from a mistake or error.
- This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, gift certificates or vouchers.
- This offer is not applicable for group bookings of 10 or more rooms.
- The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by guests as a result of any reservation cancellation.

- Guest required to transfer to another vehicle during the journey, and the estimated transfer time is approximately 2 minutes.
- The shared Limousine is a seven-seater model, accommodating a maximum of six passengers.
- This package includes double occupancy of the shared Limousine. Additional charges will be incurred for additional guest. - Additional guest charges are calculated on a per-person basis and are the same regardless of age, including infants and children.
- Guests must possess valid travel documents. In the event of any issues with the documents resulting in the inability to pass through immigration or causing travel delays, the staff reserves the right to decline carriage to avoid inconvenience to other passengers. Please note that ticket refunds cannot be processed in such cases.
- The ticket number does not correspond to a specific seat number. Guests are requested to follow the instructions of the staff regarding seating arrangements.
- Each guest is permitted to bring one piece of large baggage and one piece of carry-on baggage without any additional charge.
- The maximum weight limit for large baggage is 10 kilograms, with a maximum size of 55 cm x 45 cm x 20 cm (approximately 22 inches x 18 inches x 8 inches).
- The maximum size limit for carry-on baggage is 37.5 cm x 25 cm x 15 cm (approximately 15 inches x 10 inches x 6 inches).
- If the baggage exceeds the specified size or weight limits mentioned above, the staff reserves the right to decline carriage. Please note that ticket refunds cannot be processed in such cases.
- Guests who meet the following criteria can enjoy the convenience of not disembarking at Macau checkpoint:
- Macau SAR residents, Holders of Chinese travel permits for Hong Kong and Macau, Holders of Hong Kong Permanent Identity Cards
- *Those who do not fall into the above categories or are under 18 years old (without accompanying adult passengers) will need to disembark at the checkpoint. To avoid inconveniencing other passengers, the vehicle will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes.

Guarantee Policy
- All reservations must be guaranteed by a full non-refundable advance payment for the total room cost, including any applicable tax and service charge at the time of reservation via a valid credit card or designated form of e-payment.
Cancellation Policy
- No amendment or cancellation will be accepted for bookings under this promotional rate. The non-refundable advance payment will be forfeited for any cancellation or no-show.
